Jouw rol
Als Meewerkend Voorman ben jij de spil op de werkvloer. Je verdeelt de werkzaamheden, bewaakt de planning en kwaliteit, en zorgt dat jouw ploeg precies weet wat er moet gebeuren. Je werkt daarbij nauw samen met de Operationeel Manager en houdt hem op de hoogte van de voortgang en eventuele knelpunten.
Naast het aansturen, werk je zelf actief mee aan het conserveren en spuiten van schepen. Jij zorgt dat het werk efficiënt, veilig en volgens planning verloopt. Je let op een correcte uitvoering, ziet toe op het gebruik van gereedschappen en machines, en motiveert jouw team om elke dag het beste resultaat neer te zetten.
Veiligheid en samenwerking
Veiligheid staat bij ons altijd voorop. Jij ziet erop toe dat iedereen volgens de veiligheidsvoorschriften werkt en dat onze apparatuur aan alle eisen voldoet. Ook ben jij het aanspreekpunt voor je ploeg, collega-voormannen en onderaannemers. Met jouw duidelijke communicatie, vakkennis en positieve houding zorg je voor een prettige werksfeer waarin iedereen zich gewaardeerd voelt.
Wie ben jij?
- Je hebt mbo-2 werk- en denkniveau en ervaring in classificering of een vergelijkbare technische functie;
- Veiligheid vind jij vanzelfsprekend en je geeft daarin het goede voorbeeld;
- Je bent een echte teamspeler met natuurlijk leiderschap;
- Je kunt snel schakelen en behoudt overzicht, ook als het druk is;
- Je communiceert duidelijk en motiveert je collega’s met jouw enthousiasme;
- Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal goed en kunt je verstaanbaar maken in het Engels.

Working Foreman, 40 hours, in Farmsum
Your role
As a Working Foreman, you are the key figure on the work floor. You distribute tasks, monitor planning and quality, and ensure that your team knows exactly what needs to be done. You work closely with the Operations Manager and keep him informed about progress and any bottlenecks.
In addition to supervising, you also actively participate in preserving and spraying vessels. You ensure that the work is carried out efficiently, safely, and according to schedule. You monitor proper execution, oversee the use of tools and machinery, and motivate your team to deliver the best results every day.
Safety and teamwork
Safety is always our top priority. You make sure that everyone follows the safety regulations and that our equipment meets all requirements. You are also the point of contact for your team, fellow foremen, and subcontractors. With your clear communication, expertise, and positive attitude, you create a pleasant working atmosphere where everyone feels valued.
Who are you?
• You have an intermediate vocational education level (mbo-2) and experience in classification or a similar technical role;
• Safety is second nature to you, and you lead by example;
• You are a true team player with natural leadership skills;
• You can switch quickly and maintain oversight, even during busy periods;
• You communicate clearly and motivate your colleagues with your enthusiasm;
• You have a good command of the Dutch language and can make yourself understood in English.
